About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

layover-transit visa needed?

hi, my sister and I has 1 hour layover at Guangzhou on the 26th Dec, going to Ph from DXB, and 4 hours layover on 8th Jan 2020 from Manila PH to Dubai, do we need a transit visa? we dont have any plans on going out of the airport. I hope to get a respond as I dont wana face any troubles when we land there.

Our layover is actually 1.5 hour and self transfer. Thank you for your prompt response! appreciate your concern :)

Both of your itineraries are definitely eligible for 24 hour visa free transit and you don't need a visa of any kind. I'm just a bit worried about your just 1 hour layover. I hope you are traveling on a single (through) ticket on China Southern to ensure that you will be able to catch your connecting flight. It doable, but you really have to hurry up and be quite agile.
