About:Shanghai 15-day Visa-free Policy for Cruise Tour Groups

Hong Kong, Xiamen, Shanghai, Japan, Manila and Hong Kong -Cruise 07/12/19 21/12/19

We are 2 UK passport holders and sailing from Hong Kong to Xiamen (1 day in port) and then onto Shanghai (2 days in port) before sailing onto Japan and Manila before returning to Hong Kong. Do we need a visa for the three days we are in China? We have not organised any trips in China, is there any that would be recommended for the two cities we are visiting?

Yes, you need to apply for the visa in advance in your country. Both Shanghai and Xiamen have many popular attractions. They are worth to tour around.
