About:Macau Visa Policy

Hong Kong and Macau Visa

Hi,

I am bringing my domestic helper (Myanmar nationality) along on my holiday trip to hongkong and macau. I have already applied the HK visa. Do i still need to apply for the macau visa as well?

No. You can get the Macau visa on arrival for her.

She and you need to bring proof of funds of no less than MOP/HK$ 5,000, plus onward ticket and hotel reservation.

The entry permission is MOP/HK$ 100 extra. One person's email to Macau Police confirms that the MOP/HK$ 5k proof of funds has to be in cash but can be in any currency.
