About:Chinese Permanent Residence Permit

Chinese Permenant Residence Enquiry

Hello, I lived in China for 6 years from 2011 to 2017. My wife is Chinese with whom I got married for more than 2 years now and we have a son who is a Chinese since he was born in China. I just returned to China with a Q2 visa. Am I eligible for a permanent residence permit for China?

Currently not. You should ask for it when you got married for at least five years.
