About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

I am Kazakhstan citizen

I am Kazakhstan citizen, and i have 15 hour lay over in Shaighai Pudong Airport. Can i exit airport to see the city ?

You are allowed to apply for a temporary entry permit upon your landing in Shanghai at 24 hour visa free transit counter, but the final decision about it will depend entirely upon immigration official discretion.
