About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144-hour- Visa free Transit

I'm an Italian citizen, I'm planning to come to China on 1st week of November.
My 'tentative' flight plan is the following:

Milano - Tokyo - Shanghai - Milano

Would it be allowed a 144 hours free Visa transit to China?

If those are your only stops, you are definitely eligible for 144 hour visa free transit in Shanghai area.
