Does a Cambodian passport holder need a 24 hour visa, while transfer in Guangzhou (CAN) for 5 hours?

Cambodian citizens are perfectly eligible to make a transit in Guangzhou airport using 24 hour visa free transit, of course if the itinerary is eligible, for example:

Phnom Penh - Guangzhou - Manila
