About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 hour free visa China

If I go from Holland to Shanghai (stay 6 days) then fly back via London (transit) and then to Holland, am I entitled to apply for 144 hour free visa?

If those are your only stops then you will qualify for 144 hours transit without visa (it’s not a “free visa” because no visa is issued at all). But if there are any other stops, however brief, that you haven’t mentioned then this advice may change. Your passport must also be eligible.
