Business visa Belgium passeport

Hello, I'm a Belgian passeport holder and I need to renew my chinese business visa. Can I apply it at the Embassy in Japan ?

You cannot renew your Chinese visa in an overseas China embassy. You can only apply for a new one. In Japan, you are supposed to do this at the CVASC.
