About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 hour transit without visa

My schedule:
1. Cruise from Singapore that ends in Shanghai on June 3rd 2020.
2. Leave Shanghai by flight to Hong Kong on June 7th 2020.
3. Leave Hong Kong by flight to USA on June 8th 2020.
Does this schedule meet the 144 hr transit without visa requirements?
