About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

One EU country to Beijing and back to other EU country

If I fly to Beijing to one EU country (say Prague, Czech Rep.) and have a ticket for another EU country (say Vienna, Austria) does it count as visa free 144h transit for Beijing&Hebei area?

Yes, you are definitely allowed to do that, you will be eligible for 144 hour visa free transit, but be warned that your flights to and from Beijing have to be nonstop!
