Arrival cards for transiting internationally

Watched the YouTube video of transiting passengers I to I, and it appeared they stopped before the Transiting gate at an area where they had arrival cards to be filled out, is that correct, or can we bypass that step on way to Transiting International area?

You can fill these out on the flight before it lands, the air steward or stewardess will hand them out, just watch out or ask for one. It is called landing cards which also has a departure card with it for you to keep when you leave, can always fill in another one if you lost the departure one somehow.
