International Transfer from Beijing T2 to T3

Hi,

I arrive 7am air China from HKT and depart in the afternoon at 4pm on AA to DFW. Plan to spend time in forbidden city for the day. Best to check in directly at AA after. Can we leave once checked in? And Are there taxis available from check in area ?
