About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit
I have a 22hr layover in Shanghai. Are we eligible to leave the airport to do a tour?

If you have printed copy of hotel reservation then you should be allowed to leave airport. Now if you are traveling this week it's a major holiday and many have been required to stay in the airport during the transit.0
