Osama, you should be aware that the citizens of Saudi Arabia can enter China absolutely visa free for a stay of up to 30 days. You should not bother yourself with 24 or 240 hour visa free transit and similar stuff. Your entry to China is practically the same as if you were traveling to, for example, Türkiye or Jordan. In other words, you do not need to ask any permission to exit the airport. When you land in Guangzhou you will fill out an arrival card and you will tick the box - transit. After that you will perform fingerprinting at automatic fingerprinting machines. When you are done with that you will go straight to the immigration. If asked anything by an official you will just say that you go to the hotel to rest until your next flight. After that you will leave the airport to enjoy your rest or to explore the city - as you wish. As far as free hotel stay is concerned, this is something you should definitely confirm with China Southern, but I would say that your itinerary strongly suggests that you will have a right to a free hotel. This is something you will definitely confirm upon your landing in Guangzhou when you approach a relevant China Southern counter. Have a nice journey.
