Shanghai Public Transportation Card Return & Refund

Hi,

I purchased the SPTC and using it for now 1 month during my business trip. I purchased it on Langao Raod service point and there are 3.5 RMB left on it; now the questions
Q1. Will I get the refund of 3.5 RMB or not?
Q2. Can I submit the card at Pudong Airport service station and get the entire refund (20+3.5), for the card which is purchased at Langao road?
