Turkish stamp in UK passport

Are UK citizens being denied work/residency visas to China because of Turkish stamps in passport, ie new applicants from September 2019 onwards?

Jupiter, the Turkey stamps may affect your visa application results, but it doesn't mean that your application will be denied for sure if you have Turkey stamps on your passport.
