Am I eligible for a Shenzhen VOA upon arrival in the boarders

Hi I’m a Filipino working as a helper here in Hong Kong,and wishing to visit Shenzhen,I have a old China visa sticker issued 8 years ago,is it possible for me to get a VOA

Yes, no problem. You can get VOA at Luohu (Lo Wu), Huanggang, Shekou and Fuyong ports, or Shenzhen Airport.
