About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

144 transit visa Aust/Beijing

We fly from Australia 1 Oct stop (4 hrs do not clear customs) HongKong arrive BJ afternoon of 2nd Oct. Next leave on cruise from Tianjin on 7 October (exit China) 1st stop Japan, Taiwan, HK, Vietnam, Singapore- given we do not return to mainland China and/or back to Australia once on the cruise ship will we be ok utilising 144hr transit visa.

Only country immediately before an after matter. Hong Kong counts treated the same as a different country.

Hong Kong > Beijing/Tianjin/Hebei province > Japan is the relevant portion so that makes you eligible for 144 hour transit
