About:China Visa on Arrival

Apply CHINA VISA on Arrival for Polish

My friends are polish and going to Beijing after tomorrow but they do not have time to obtain the VISA. Do they able to do VISA on Arrival at Beijing airport?

No, they cannot do that. Their only option to stay visa free in wider Beijing area is to travel using 144 hour visa free transit. In this case, they can travel and stay within wider Beijing area for 144 hour visa free, but only if there next destination after Beijing is some other country or eligible territory like Hong Kong, Taiwan or Macau.
