About:Chinese Embassy in Poland

Emergency VISA to China

I have 3 friends who are waiting for their new passport and only able to collect on 30 Sep. Is that possible to get the VISA within 2 working days because they have flight on 05 Oct. Or any VISA on arrival they can do?

It's risky because the embassy may close from Oct. 1 to celebratre China's National Day Holiday.
