I travel from KUala Lumpur to Jeju using Eastern China Airline return ticket. Will transit in Pudong Airport for approx 3hrs before leaving to Jeju. Do i need a visa?

No, you don't need any kind of visa because your itinerary is definitely eligible for 24 hour visa free transit. Since you are traveling on a single ticket, your luggage will be checked all the way to Jeju and you will just remain within the transit area of Shanghai airport. By the way, you should just confirm this detail with the luggage during your check-in in Kuala Lumpur, just to be totally certain about this detail.0
