About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

visa needed?

sorry it's not clear for me, i fly from amsterdam>Tapei>hongkong then by train to Guangzhou return from Guangzhou>Taipei>amsterdam do i need visa when i stay just 3days in Guangzhou

You need a tourist visa because you are entering Mainland China by train. If you don't want to get a visa then you must fly to Guangzhou from HK.
