is it difficult to go from domestic to international terminal at haikou airport?

Hi,I have a flight from Shanghai to Haikou, and from there I am flying to Sydney Australia. Will I need to re-check my bags? And will it take a lot of time to move terminals? I have a 3 hour space between flights, but I do not know any Chinese, and I am worried that everything will take me extra time because of this.Thank you

You can follow the guide in the airport and it is not difficult. After getting off the airplane, you will enter into international terminal - get boarding pass - go through inspection and security check - wait for boarding. I think 3 hours is enough.
