Punishment for previous visa

Hello, is it possible to get punished for working without a Z visa on my previous visa. I currently hold a Z visa, and my former was a L visa. Can I be punished or arrested for work done on the old visa?

General rule of thumb is that the police won't dig up dirt if there isn't any on the record. If you have received a Z visa already then it generally means that they haven't found anything wrong. However, if you have been sanctioned for working illegally in the past and lied to say there weren't any derogatory record, it will be a problem.
