What are the punishment?

One year over stay...if my employer didn't want to pay the fine..what will happen to me? Are they going to put me in jail? How long?..if i pay the fine..will i still go to jail?

Virna, if your employer didn't pay the fine, you may be detained for about one month. Sometimes, it can be as long as two months. If you pay the fine, it's possible that you won't be detained.
