About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

from Vancouver to Beijing and to Taipei

I am going to fly to PEK from Vancouver and stay there from Nov 8 to Nov 12.
and I will fly out to Taipei on Nov 12 from PEK.
I am wondering if I am qualified for 144 hour visa free transit.
