Am I eligible for transit visa 24h or 72h

I need to visit the Estonian embassy in Beijing. I will arrive from Thailand in the morning and return back to Thailand in the evening of the same day.
Can I use Transit visa for my visit?

No, as your route does not qualify. You have to fly to a third country in order to make use of the visa-free transit.
