About:Beijing Capital International Airport

Arriving one airline and depart with another. Still considered transit?

Can I fly to PEK with one carrier, benefit of the 144 hr visa-free stay and then depart to a third country try with a different airline?

Yes, no problem. It has nothing to do with airline.
