About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

stopover in Guangzhou and Wuhan

Hi,

I am travelling from Australia to England. My first stop over is for 2 hours in Guangzhou Airport. From Guangzhou, I have another stop over in Wuhan Airport for 2.5 hours. From Wuhan, I fly to England.

Will I need a Visa for my stop over in Guangzhou Airport or Wuhan Airport? I will not be leaving the Airport. Thanks.

Chantelle, this is well known and definitely eligible route for 24 hour visa free transit. You really don't need any kind of visa. You will just print out your e-tickets and have them in hard copy, ready to be shown to relevant authorities. Also, you will declare at check-in in Australia that you will be flying to England via China using 24 hour visa free transit. You will also repeat the same thing upon your landing in Guangzhou. That's it
