Hello, I’m from Cambodia

Did Cambodian female need to deposit 20,000$ in the bank of China to request a Chinese visa ?
I’m want to request L Chinese visa but the agency need me to deposit 20,000$ first? So that’s right?

The bank deposit is not required for the L visa accoding to the information given on the webiste of the China eambassy in Cambodia.
