About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Hi there, me and my husband are travelling from Dublin with Irish Passport.

We're first flying to Hong Kong for 3 days, and then flying to Nanjing for 2 days and then flying to Bangkok for 4 days but after Bangkok, we'll be flying back to Hong Kong. We'll we be eligible for the 144 hours free visa? Many thanks

Hong Kong - Nanjing - Bangkok

This is definitely eligible for 144 hour visa free transit in Shanghai area. You should know that only the immediate points before and after your mainland Chinese destination matter. Everything before and after that is not of interest for Chinese immigration authorities.
