About:Beijing Travel

I am travelling to Phuket with stop over in Beijing for 3 days.

As I believe I could get 144hr free visa and I am only allowed to travel with certain province. Can anyone tell me if Badaling part of Great Wall of China is within the territory I am allowed to travel?
