About:Beijing Transportation Smart Card

I am having hard time looking for Beijing 7 day pass.

People at the subway stations do not know the pass even I am already showing them the website. Can someone help me where to buy one?

As I know, you can only buy 7 day transport card on a Chinese app called 'Yitongxing (易通行)'. You can ask help for the staff inside the subway stations and let them help you download this app.
