About:China Visa on Arrival

24 hour transit to 3rd country

I was to get a 24 hour transit visa so Fly to Beijing then to Weihai and then to Seoul South Korea, Can I leave to airport in Weihai for say 3-4 hours before I depart to Seoul to meet a Chinese supplier.

As mentioned below, you can stay in Weihai even for much, much longer period. By the way, you should just use correct terminology because it is 24 hour visa free transit, so there is no visa at all and not 24 hour visa. Just to avoid any misunderstandings.
