About:China Visa Application in UK

Is there a service in NZ like the CVASC

Is there a service in NZ like the CVASC , that can extend my Tourist Visa from NZ side while I am still in China ?
To get them to entrust in on my behalf as such?

You could extend your visa within China. Just go to the Public Security Bureau (PSB) Exit and Entry Administration office.
