About:Chinese Consulates in Germany

Can a friend submit applications for the notarizations of German birth certificates of my children?

Hello! Can someone submit applications for the notarizations of German birth certificates of my children to Chinese Embassy in Berlin on my behalf?

I am not living in Germany at the moment.

Yes, you can. You should let the agent have his or her ID card along with a copy of yours when submitting the application.
