About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

if a country is same as C country,

I am travelling seoul to Guangzhou and visit seoul again , than back to mexico.
seoul-Guangzhou-seoul-Mexicocity. I need to visit somewhere in Guangzhou. Is it also okay 72 hrs free transit?

Of course it is not okay for visa-free transit. You need a visa or different flights.
