About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transit through two cities

I plan to take China Southern 660 from San Francisco - Denpasar (Bali). This flight has a stop in Wuhan for 2 hours, then continues onward to Guangzhou, has stop for 5-6 hours in Guangzhou, before flying on to Bali. Do I qualify for the 24-hour transit without visa? Thanks.

Thanks Zupan, that's helpful. Additional question - do you know of an official Chinese Govt page (in English) that explains the TWOV policy? I have been searching but unable to find.

You, absolutely do. From your itinerary it is clearly visible that your entire transit time is less than 24 hours. In other words, you are eligible for 24 hour visa free transit and you don't need any kind of visa.
