Chinese Q1 Visa
Hello po , Can I ask I am filipino citizen and married in a chinese citizens as of now i am in china holding a Q2 visa , so sooner my validation stay here will be expired , so that I am planning to go back Philippines to apply for a Q1 visa because the exit entry administration here told us that I can't renew my visa here because i am only holding a Q2 Visa also our marriage certificate is not yet legal here in China , so my question is Can I apply for a Q1 in Philippines even though my Q2 the expiration date is this coming october but my validation stay here will be expire this coming next week thats why i need to renew it, It is allowed ? Second , What is the requirements or the documents i need to prepared to pass , so that the marriage of us will be legal here in china ? Thank you
