US->JAPAN->TIANJIN->SHANGHAi->HONG KONG->US

Will the 144 hour free transit be applied for this route (US->JAPAN->TIANJIN->SHANGHAi->HONG KONG->US)? TIANJIN to SAHANGHAI will be 5 days on a cruise ship. Thanks.

You need a visa to enter china in Tianjin and exit Shanghai.
