About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Do we qualify for Shanghai 144 hour visa free transit?

Itinerary is fly Atlanta, GA (USA) to Hong Kong and stay 2 nights, cruise to Shanghai and stay 3 nights after cruise, then fly back to Atlanta. Do we qualify? If so, how do we obtain the free transit?
