About:China Tourist Visa

Can I transit 2 cities in China from Korea to Thailand without visa

Can I fly Seoul-Beijing, Layover 24h, Beijing-Shanghai, Layover, Shanghai-Banghok, no visa, with Canadian passport?

Well, you can't. Your layover is longer than 24 hours, which makes you ineligible for the 24h visa-free transit. Also, you have layover in both Beijing and Shanghai, making you ineligible for the 144h visa-free transit either.
