Hi , Can I ask. I am in China now holding a Q2 visa good for 30 days.

And me and my husband who are a chinese person planning to extend it , its my first time here in china it is allowed to extend thanks

Yes, you can try to extend it at the local exit and entry administration 7 days before it expires.
