You should go to the China Visa Application Service Center in Johannesburg, Durban or Cape Town
The needed documnets are: a valid passport, a compeleted visa application form with a recently-taken photo, Notification Letter of Foreigner's Work Permit or Permit for Foreign Experts Working.
From the website of CVASC you could download the visa application form and make a appointment.
