About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Netherlands - Shanghai - Belgium

Will we be eligible to get the 144 hour visa free transit if we travel from an airport in the Netherlands to Shanghai, then fly back to Belgium 6 days later just to take the bus from there to the Netherlands?
