About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Can I apply the visa in another Consulate/embassy instead of what is written in the invitation?

Hi! My invitation letter says Cebu Consulate but can I apply the visa in Manila embassy?

Actually, it mainly depends on where you live. If you live in the consular area of Cebu Consulate, then you have to apply for visa from there.
