Can a self-addressed stamped envelope be given to the consulate/embassy to send the visa to us

Do we have to make 2 visits to the consulate in NYC to get the visas, or can we provide them with a self-addressed stamped envelope or FedEx envelope to have it mailed to us?

Consulate in NYC do not offer mail back service, so I am afraid that you have to go in person.

This paperboard envelope features a predetermined flat rate regardless of the weight or destination zone of the package.
