144-Hour Visa-Free Transit for my flight route

Hi ! I have quick question

I have a round-trip ticket - WAW-(CDG)-PEK-(CDG)-WAW
I’m planning to travel from Beijing to Seoul then from Seoul to Singapore and finally from Singapore to Beijing

It is possible to visit Beijing without visa within 144h before my flight from Beijing to Seul?

Separate tickets are allowed. Be sure to bring a print out of both. That makes it

CDG-PEK (144 hour transit )-ICN
SIN-PEK ( another 144 hour transit) -CDG

Though any additional landings not mentioned here can make a difference
