About:Directions for Use of Shanghai Public Transportation Card

Where can i refund the Public transportation card in Shanghai ?

What are the opening hours , and do i have to pay a fee ?

Basically, you can refund the card at any big metro transfer station, airports and railway stations, and you don't need to pay the fee.
